An introduction, quick how to play, then analysis of the pros, cons, and nitpicks of the game. We will provide a type of score (recommender or tentative), as well as our personal thoughts.

This /10 system answers:

A) How well the game does what it’s trying to do by critically analyzing our pros and cons.

B) Is the game’s idea even a good idea in the first place.

For the most part, you’ll see a tentative score when we review upcoming kickstarter games, as the final product (components, rulings, balance, etc.) will likely vary from what is shown.

Other times, you’ll see a Tentative Score when we have only played the game once or twice, and are thus still unsure on balance or other things, but we still want to make the review.

At least twice. Most games will fall within the 3-5 category, where we test with multiple player counts, and groups if possible & applicable.
